Liam Gallagher's chopper grounded
Liam Gallagher has been forced to postpone the opening of his new clothes store - after his helicopter was grounded because of bad weather.
The former Oasis star, who has set up a new band, Beady Eye, was due to attend the opening of his Pretty Green store in Glasgow.
But a spokeswoman said: "Due to adverse weather conditions and poor visibility, his helicopter has been grounded and he will not be able to fly."
Scotland has been hit by the worst winter weather for decades, with treacherous ice and thick snow bringing roads across the country's central belt to a halt.
The spokeswoman added: "Fortunately the Manchester opening is still taking place ... and a Pretty Green dedicated trip to Glasgow is planned for very near in the future."
