The Kooks and Ellie Goulding have been added to the Mencap Little Noise Sessions bill.
The indie rockers - who are making their second appearance at the charity concerts - and the electro-folk singer will join the likes of Tom Jones and Paolo Nutini by playing one of the gigs in the Union Chapel in Islington, north London.
Luke Pritchard from The Kooks - who will be supported by Example for their gig on November 18 - said: "We are really honoured to be asked back again as last time we played we really enjoyed the show.
"We love this venue as it has a special sense of occasion to it. It has also been a long time since we played London and it's great to be coming back and doing something different and will be a cool place for us to play some of our new songs."
As well as Example, The Kooks will also be supported by We Are Scientists and John Bramwell of the Mercury Prize nominated I Am Kloot.
Starry Eyed singer Ellie will perform on November 20.
