Justin Bieber wanted for questioning after alleged scuffle
TEEN singing starlet Justin Bieber could be called in for questioning by police in Los Angeles following a complaint by a photographer.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Lt. Robert Wiard said the photographer called 911 on Sunday after an alleged scuffle as he tried to take pictures of Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez, as they walked out of a theater at The Commons at Calabasas.
Wiard also revealed that the photographer was taken to a hospital where he was treated and released.
He added that Bieber and Gomez left before deputies arrived, so investigators want to talk to him to get his side of the story.
Some unconfirmed reports have suggested that the 18-year-old lost his hat and shoe during the incident.
It is also beleived that 19-year-old Gomez, an actress and singer, referred to the incident on Facebook, writing:
"Thank you so much to my fans for always protecting me and being there for me. I can't thank you guys enough. I'm sorry I had to rush out. Love you guys."
Canadian Bieber, 18, has sold 15 million records and scooped numerous awards - including Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal Album at the 53rd Grammy Awards - with his RnB-influenced, teen-orientated pop.
His good looks and clean-cut image have also made him a teen heartthrob, with devoted fans being nicknamed "Beliebers".
Last week, the singer confessed that he had considered quitting music due to the pressures of fame. He told one entertainment website: "There were so many times when I just wanted to say, 'Enough is enough, I don't want to do this any more'
