Gaga baffled by barrage of 'hate'
Lady Gaga has revealed she can't understand the "overflow of hate" that she receives.
The Poker Face star, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, admitted she doesn't know why she has so many critics, as her third album ARTPOP topped charts worldwide.
"I put so much love into my music, into my shows, I make it all for you. I'll never understand the overflow of hate sent my way," the 27-year-old tweeted.
"Or maybe that's what entertainment is now. It's more fun to point & laugh than appreciate the artist. I'll keep rehearsing my steps," she added.
She admitted that she is so passionate about her latest album that she had sleepless nights.
"I haven't slept in 2 months. I'm hustling for ARTPOP. I believe in this album and message!," she wrote, adding: " It's consumed me my whole life That's why ARTPOP's so intense. I'm obsessed with music's ability to change ur mood."
Gaga also revealed she is planning more artRAVE live shows. The first performance took place in Brooklyn on November 11 for the launch of ARTPOP.
"Oh my darling monsters, you will years from now know how important the artRave really was. I can't wait to turn it into a tour!" she teased.
"We are planning the tour, I repeat we are planning a RAVE of epic dance partying proportions with piano cabaret and ME performing LIVE."
