IT has the country divided, and now we have the chance to vote on whether Jedward should revert to their trademark quiffs for Saturday night’s Eurovision final.

According to a member of the Jedward team the twins think they may wear their hair up for their performance in the Eurovision final .

However, in true democratic Jedward style, the duo will ask their fans’ feedback and will conduct an online poll on planetjedward.net to seek out their views on the hair raising issue.

The duo decided to ditch their high hair style on Tuesday night, as they take a soaking in the final minutes of their high energy performance of Waterline.

However after much thought they may instate their high hair for Saturday night, but being the third last act from the end, the boys will be under pressure to get their hair dried and back up in time for the voting. If they win, they will have to perform again and take a second soaking.

The twins had been involved in trans Atlantic discussions with their hair stylist Louise Teasdale, who is in New York with One Direction, over what style to wear their hair in. The Grimes boys decided themselves against advice wore their hair flat on Tuesday, ditching their usual high spiky style.

Meanwhile, the twins were busy yesterday, even though they didn’t get to bed until 7 am. They cancelled interviews with Morning Ireland and Ireland AM in order to sleep on, but then embarked on a meet and greet with fans outside their hotel in Baku and also got to meet UK Eurovision hopeful Engelbert Humperdinck who donned a Jedhead hat for the press.
