Fleetwood Mac at the RDS - stage times, transport, and possible setlist

Everything you need to know ahead of Fleetwood Mac's sold out show at Dublin's RDS tonight from stage times to security to setlist predictions...

Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Stevie Nicks, and Christine McVie will be joined tonight by Mike Campbell and Neil Finn for the second of three exclusive performances in Berlin, Dublin and London.

Are there any tickets left for Fleetwood Mac at the RDS?

The event is sold out and fans are advised not to buy second hand tickets from unauthorised sellers.

 

What time will Fleetwood Mac be on stage at the RDS?

Doors are 6pm and The Pretenders will play support from 6.30pm followed by Fleetwood Mac taking to the stage at 8pm.

 

Security?

There will be increased security measures so fans are advised to be at the venue in sufficient time, but also bear in mind there's no queuing allowed before gates open at 6pm.

Do not bring backpacks or large handbags as there are strict security checks and you may be delayed or refused entry.  Also, there are no cloakrooms or storage facilities on site.

 

What CAN'T you bring?

The usual suspects - no glass or cans, umbrellas, alcohol, garden furniture, selfie sticks or flares.  If you have any further queries you'll find a full list at www.mcd.ie.  Also, you cannot bring any professional cameras or cameras with detachable lens, video cameras and audio recording devices, iPads or GoPros.

 

What's the weather going to be like?

It's an outdoor event but luckily there is no rain expected although it will be cloudy and a coolish 13 degrees decreasing to around 9 as the night progresses.

 

Can kids go?

There are no faciliites in place to facilitate babies and small children on site. Further, the promoter says that "large outdoor concerts are not suitable envinroments for all children under 5 years old unless otherwise stated." 

Under 14s are not permitted in the standing area and Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

 

Transport to the RDS?

You can hop on the DART to Ballsbridge, Landsowne Station and Sandymount Station which are just a hop, skip and jump away.  Or you can catch a Dublin Bus from Nassau Street - the 4, 7, 18, 7a and 27X will get you there.
