Carl Barat has postponed his upcoming UK tour.
The Libertines guitarist and singer was due to kick off a ten-date solo jaunt at Norwich on February 18, but has now rescheduled five shows and cancelled two, including the opening gig in Norwich.
A message on his website Carlbarat.co.uk read: "Unfortunately, the upcoming UK tour has had to be postponed. The Norwich and Bristol gigs have both had to be completely cancelled. Ticket refunds are available from point of sale. Apologies for any inconvenience."
Carl, who welcomed newborn son Eli with girlfriend Edie Langley on December 9, will now play Brighton Concorde on March 29, before heading to Cambridge, Oxford, Manchester and Sheffield.
The remaining dates are yet to be arranged.
