Bjork will play her only outdoor festival show in the world this year at Bestival, organisers have revealed.
The It's Oh So Quiet singer will headline the event, joining the already announced bill toppers The Cure and Pendulum.
Bjork is expected to perform a host of classic tracks along with her current musical project and album Biophilia.
Her headline set will also include an award-winning Icelandic female choir and specially crafted instruments.
Bestival curator Rob da Bank said: "Without a doubt one of the most iconic musicians of the last century, Bjork is always one step ahead of the pack with her music and innovations, and the new Biophilia show is jam-packed full of technology, great interpretations of her amazing catalogue of songs and some brand new corkers."
Other acts set to perform at the September 8 to 11 festival on the Isle of Wight include PJ Harvey, Brian Wilson and Kelis.
