Bieber's bodyguard facing charge
Police in Georgia have said a security guard for Justin Bieber faces a robbery charge after he admitted taking a photographer's camera.
Sandy Springs police Captain Steve Rose said 32-year-old Hugo Hesny faces a robbery by snatch charge.
Photographer Jason Winslow called police around 4.30pm on Tuesday (February 25) to report that his camera had been taken.
Winslow told police Hesny confronted him as he took photos from the parking lot of the Sandy Springs Funhouse arcade. Winslow said Hesny chased him as he drove away, cut him off, opened his vehicle door and took his camera.
Police said Hesny initially denied taking the camera but later said he took it to delete the photos.
Hesny's attorney, Elias Hilal, said he's aware of the Georgia arrest but hasn't reviewed the reports yet.
Police have also said they have decided not to charge the pop star's driver, 49-year-old Terrance Johnson, following the incident.
They said he was driving one of three Cadillac Escalades that took Justin and his associates to the family entertainment complex.
On Tuesday, police said they had taken Hesny and Johnson into custody on felony theft charges.
