Zane finishing up directorial debut
Billy Zane is ready to show audiences his filmmaking skills.
Speaking at the opening night of the Beverly Hills Film Festival, the Titanic star revealed he was directing a film set in France.
He said: "I'm just putting the final touches to [my] directorial debut. [It's] about a French farce diamond-heist called Big Kiss which we shot in the south of France."
The actor promised he'd be ready to show off his work at a film festival soon.
"Hopefully we'll see it shortly, I don't know if it'll be here, but somewhere," he laughed.
Billy also revealed he was currently shooting a new TV series in the States where he plays a scary law firm boss.
"We've just finished six episodes of an ABC series called The Deep End and we'll see if we're going to do more of those," he said.
The show was brought in as a mid-season replacement in America, and it hasn't yet been confirmed if it'll be picked up for a second season.
Billy admitted he was trying to make time to enjoy himself at the glitzy LA festival.
"I'm gonna try and make it to the closing ceremony on Sunday, I'm working so I'm going to sneak in after!" he joked.
