“What a bright time, it’s the right time” as the old song goes, for that special time of year is upon us. Some have already begun their Christmas movie bingeing and Netflix, Prime and other streaming services have taken note, offering a range of festive flicks.

As the streamers get increasingly competitive with Kris Kringle content, it means there is plenty of brand-new holiday content on offer, as a whole host of titles which hope to join the Christmas classic we watch year after year.

Here are the best new Christmas movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Sky and Apple TV+ for 2022, plus when you can expect to see them debut.
