Jason Statham has said he is well up for appearing in The Expendables sequel.
The action man would gladly reprise his role as Lee Christmas alongside Sylvester Stallone in a second instalment - but refused to spill the beans about whether a sequel is confirmed.
"I have heard about a sequel and I'd be the first to say yes to a phone call from Sly," he told Collider.
"I mean, we spoke about it as soon as the movie started to do really well and he says, you know, it would be great to do this again, and if there's anyone who can do a good sequel it's Sly Stallone! He's done a fair amount."
He added: "Yeah, we had a good time. It's something I'd like to repeat."
Sylvester, who starred, directed and wrote the blockbuster, is keen for a follow-up and already has an idea in his head.
Bruce Willis, Jet Li and Dolph Lundgren are tipped to be back for the second film, with Jean-Claude Van Damme, Chuck Norris and Charlie Sheen rumoured to make appearances.
