Shutter Island still No 1 in US
Leonardo DiCaprio's latest movie, Shutter Island, is still at the top of the US box office.
The creepy crime thriller, directed by Martin Scorsese, took 22.2 million dollars and hung on to the No 1 spot for the second straight weekend.
The weekend's takings raise its 10-day total to 75.1 million dollars, according to studio estimates on Sunday.
Debuting in second place at the US box office with 18.6 million dollars was the police romp Cop Out, starring Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan.
Opening in third place was horror tale The Crazies with 16.5 million dollars.
Meanwhile, James Cameron's sci-fi epic Avatar has surpassed 700 million dollars in the US.
With a 14 million dollar weekend, the film is now at 706.9 million in the States and 2.5 billion dollars worldwide.
Estimated ticket sales for Friday to Sunday at US and Canadian theatres are according to Hollywood.com. Final figures will be released on Monday.
