Michael Sheen is set to play Ben Affleck's employer in Terrence Malick's upcoming drama.
The Frost/Nixon star revealed on Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo's BBC Film Review show that he won the cameo role through girlfriend Rachel McAdams, whom he starred with in Woody Allen's Midnight In Paris, and has already shot a scene for the as-yet-untitled romantic drama.
"My girlfriend was in a film that Terrence Malick did so I went to visit her on set, and apparently, if you're an actor and you turn up on a Terrence Malick set, he asks you to be in his film. So I got to be Ben Affleck's boss for a day," he said.
Javier Bardem, Rachel Weisz, Jessica Chastain and Olga Kurylenko are also appearing in the film, which has Ben and Rachel in the leading roles.
Jessica previously admitted she wasn't sure what her final part will be, telling The Playlist: "I don't know what the movie is about, I don't know what my part is and you know, my guess is I'm probably not in the film."
