Schwarzenegger takes to Black Sands
Arnold Schwarzenegger is set to continue his screen comeback in the thriller Black Sands.
The action man - who is currently shooting The Expendables 2 - would be cast as a "loner who wages war against a ruthless weapons manufacturer and his private army" in the adventure, described as being in the same vein as Man On Fire and High Plains Drifter, reported Deadline.
Directed by Scott Waugh and Mike McCoy, the film - written by Skip Woods - is expected to begin production in April 2012.
Arnie has been busy making his return to the acting world since he ended his run as California governor.
Once he is done with The Expendables sequel, he is tipped to start work on Kim Jee-woon's The Last Stand.
