Keanu Reeves has revealed he is expecting a script for Bill And Ted 3 to drop into his inbox very shortly.
The Henry's Crime star plans to reprise his role as Ted Logan for the third instalment of the slacker comedy franchise, with the film's original writers Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon currently penning the script.
"I believe the writers are six weeks away from a draft... so they say," he told MTV.com.
Keanu, who previously said Ted and sidekick Bill - played by Alex Winter - would travel back in time to save the world, dropped some hints about the plot.
"I know a little bit. But I don't know - the fellas went off and cooked it up. I don't know what happened when they put the elements together," he continued.
"When we last got together, part of it was that Bill and Ted were supposed to have written the song that saved the world, and it hasn't happened. So they've now become kind of possessed by trying to do that. Then there's an element of time and they have to go back," the 46-year-old added.
