Parker in talks for Oldboy role
Arbitrage actor Nate Parker could be starring alongside Josh Brolin and Elizabeth Olsen in Spike Lee's Oldboy.
The star, who recently worked with Spike on the drama Red Hook Summer, is in talks to play a doctor in the remake of Chan-wook Park's Korean revenge thriller, Variety reported.
Josh will lead the cast as a man who is kidnapped and held captive for more than a decade.
Samuel L Jackson is apparently set to play the head of the motel where Josh's character has been held hostage.
Nate, 32, next stars in outlaw movie Ain't Them Bodies Saints, which also stars Rooney Mara and Casey Affleck.
