Watch: Hilarious, emotional, and a bit terrifying - the full Toy Story 4 trailer has finally landed
Wholesome, emotional, hilarious and a little bit terrifying - the new Toy Story 4 trailer ticks all the right boxes for the beloved Pixar/Disney franchise.
The film releases on June 21 and sees the return of Woody, Buzz, and the gang as they settle in with their new owner Bonnie.
Bonnie constructs a new favourite toy at nursery, a spork and pipe cleaner character she names 'Forky' and Woody vows to protect Forky for Bonnie's sake.
However, Forky isn't keen on being a toy, and legs it, explaining, "I am not a toy. I was made for soup, salad, maybe chilli and then the trash."
A trip to an amusement park ensues as they try to tack Forky down but Woody's head gets turned and the other toys embark on a trip to bring him home.
The first Toy Story film hit the big screen back in 1995 and it is the fifth highest-grossing animated franchise.
Josh Cooley directs the fourth instalment releasing on June 21 and Tim Allen, who voices Buzz Lightyear, has revealed that it's an emotional one.
"It is so emotional, it's so funny, it's so big, the idea they've come up with, I'm startled. I couldn't even get through the last scene. I would love to be a Washington leaker," he told The Talk.
