The Rubberbandits will be lending their distinctive voices to a new ITV show.

The comedy duo, who hail from Limerick, will provide commentary for The Almost Impossible Game Show, which promises to pit 10 contestants against a series of tasks.

The show comes from the makers of Total Wipeout and they say it will be "swear-bleepingly, bum-bruisingly, face-slappingly tricky".

Sounds like something the lads will really be able to let loose on!

Blindboy Boatclub and Mr Chrome will also appear in an hour-long RTE show about the 1916 Rising.

It will be the lads' first full-length show for the state broadcaster, having previously appeared on Republic of Telly.

They also recently caused a stir in the UK with a series of online clips for Channel 4's Comedy Blaps.
