Some people stand in the darkness - but not Kelly Brook.
The 36-year-old model and actress revealed she's in talks to don the iconic red swimsuit for the upcoming Baywatch movie adaptation, filling in the shoes of the show's most popular character C.J. Parker, played by Pamela Anderson.
With Zac Efron reportedly taking on the lead role, Brook said she's in talks with movie bosses about fulfilling her lifeguard duty.
They’re remaking Baywatch with Zac Efron and The Rock. But they are still writing it. I’ve read the script and they are rewriting it so I don’t know if there is a role in there for me," she said on Alan Carr's New Year's Specstacular.
"I’m a bit old to play the Pamela Anderson role so I don’t know, but I know all the producers and it’s funny and we’ll see. I don’t know."
The film will be shot next year with director Seth Gordon at the helm and Efron has described it as "big, real, raw and R-rated".
Irish model Nadia Forde previously said she had "successful callbacks" for a part in the upcoming film.
