David Beckham has never looked worse as he stuns fans with radical movie makeover

David Beckham has landed a gruesome cameo in Guy Ritchie's King Arthur.

The former football star looked unrecognisable as he showed off his new look for the film.

On Tuesday, the 41-year-old showed off his gruesome character for Guy Ritchie's King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.

He stunned his 34 million Instagram fans when he posted a selfie in which he sported a scarred face, a balding head and yellow teeth, alongside the message: "Rough day at the office @kingarthurmovie @guyritchie."

David has landed himself a cameo in the feature and will play the role of Blackleg Leader according to IMDB.

His character is a "disgruntled knight" who is unable to retrieve King Arthur's sword from its stone, according to reports from The Guardian.

The film will hit cinemas later this year, with Charlie Hunnam starring as King Arthur.
