Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones 'close to reconciliation'
Michael Douglas and his wife Catherine Zeta Jones are said to be close to working things out, according to Hollywood sources.
The pair split in June but neither star has dismissed the possibility of a reconciliation.
"We're working things out, talking," Michael Douglas told People magazine, "and we'll see how she goes."
Michael has also said that the couple are "fine" and the couple occasionally take breaks from each other.
Sources report that the couple are close to working things out. If any further proof were needed, Douglas thanked his wife in his recent acceptance speech at the Emmy awards.
The couple have been speaking on the one every day and things aren't tense.
As for his health, the veteran actor said he feels great. "I got my final check up, three years clean. The type of cancer I have its 95 percent not going to come back. I've done four pictures this year, that's more than I have done in my career."
