Meyer grateful to Twilight stars
Twilight creator Stephenie Meyer has revealed she's 'grateful' and touched by the hard work Robert Pattinson and his co-stars put into turning her hit books into movies.
The author introduced Robert, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner as they took part in a hand and footprint ceremony in Hollywood.
"I'm excited for them, and I'm also very proud of them, because their lives have changed a lot in the last few years and they've done it with such class and I'm also very, very grateful to them," she said.
"It's not a glamorous job, and I knew that, but to see it every day and to see the often horrible conditions, ridiculous hours, everything that they go through, everything that they expend in the service of these characters, is really touching to me."
The penultimate movie of the series, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1, is due to hit cinemas this month.
