Kevin Spacey in Chinese venture
Kevin Spacey has signed up to appear in Chinese black comedy Inseparable.
The Oscar-winning actor will play an American expat in Chinese American filmmaker Dayyan Eng's new movie, wholly financed and made in China, Variety reports.
Kevin's character befriends a young man - played by Daniel Wu - going through troubles at home and at work.
Dayyan, who was born in the US but lives in Beijing, has written the script and will start work on the production later this month in Southern China.
Kevin, 50, has been living in London for the last seven years working as artistic director of The Old Vic theatre.
On the big screen he recently appeared in Duncan Jones's Moon as the voice of a robot and in Men Who Stare At Goats with George Clooney and Ewan McGregor.
