Dame Judi Dench has revealed she is sure she'll start missing James Bond when the new film comes out.

The Oscar-winning actress starred as 007's boss M in seven films from 1995 until being killed off at the end of last year's Skyfall.

Dame Judi said to Empire magazine: "Do I miss him? Well, he's not doing anything at the moment, but when they come to do the new film, you bet I'll miss him."

The 79-year-old actress is hotly tipped to receive her third Oscar nomination for her portrayal of an Irish woman who sets out to find the son she was forced to give up for adoption in Philomena.

Judi won Best Supporting Actress at the Oscars in 1999 for her portrayal of Queen Elizabreh I in Shakespeare In Love.

She confessed: "To be honest, I don't remember all that much about it. I just remember Robin Williams curtseying to me."
