J-Lo's babies bring out funny side
Jennifer Lopez says that "being silly" with her babies has inspired her to make comedies.
Speaking at the Los Angeles premiere of her new romcom The Back-Up Plan, the actress admitted that having twins has changed her view of the roles she wants to play.
"I love romantic comedies and I'm really getting into this phase, I don't know if I'm more easy going or able to laugh at myself more, but I'm really enjoying the comedy and being silly," she said.
J-Lo has been away from the big screen for almost two years since she and her husband Marc Anthony welcomed their twins Emme Maribel Muniz and Maximilian "Max" David Muniz.
The star joked that constant baby talk has helped her to find the fun in funny characters.
"You're like, 'goo goo gaa gaa'. You start doing all these crazy things and you're like, 'wow, I haven't laughed like this in a long time, I want to use this'," she explained.
