Imelda Staunton has joked she and her husband, Downton Abbey star Jim Carter, are the British Brangelina - "Jimelda".
The Harry Potter star has been married to Jim, who plays butler Carson in the hit ITV show, for almost 30 years.
Imelda told The Guardian: "I'd like to think of Jim and myself as the Brad and Angelina of Equity.
"I don't know if our gardening outfits are our most glamorous ones, but I think they might be."
The 56-year-old actress - who is starring in a new West End production of Sweeney Todd - claimed she didn't think she would have been cast as evil teacher Professor Dolores Umbridge in the Harry Potter films if it wasn't for her Oscar nomination for her starring role in Mike Leigh's Vera Drake in 2004.
Imelda revealed she had been asked to go to Hollywood, but turned the offer down as she didn't expect to be offered decent roles at her age.
She said: "Maybe if I'd been 20, because if you're 20 you absolutely should. But also, I would only be out there playing little old ladies who make a lot of tea. No one's going to give me the head nasty cop... My life is here and I've got a lot of stuff to do."
