Hawkins to work with Allen again?
Sally Hawkins could be reuniting with Woody Allen in his next film.
The British actress - who previously worked with the acclaimed filmmaker in Cassandra's Dream - is rumoured to have signed up for a role in the as-yet-untitled comedy drama, reported Variety.
The Happy-Go-Lucky star is apparently set to play "a neurotic who's more fun and rough around the edges".
Cate Blanchett is tipped to portray "a sophisticated woman who has her life together", while Bradley Cooper is also in talks for a role in the film.
Shooting is expected to begin in San Francisco and New York in the summer.
Woody - whose next film To Rome With Love opens in the US this summer - will make a rare outing in front of the cameras in John Turturro's Fading Gigolo, before preparing Bullets Over Broadway for Broadway in 2013.
Sally, who has appeared in Vera Drake, Made In Dagenham and Submarine, will next appear in Mike Newell's Great Expectations alongside Jeremy Irvine, Helena Bonham Carter and Ralph Fiennes.
