Anne Hathaway has compared her Oscar ceremony preparations to those of a boxer gearing up for a fight.
The Devil Wears Prada star, who will co-host the star-studded event with James Franco, is juggling her presenting rehearsals with a strict training schedule for her role as Catwoman in the upcoming Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises.
"There's a lot going on, but it's all really super-duper positive," Anne revealed.
"I feel like I have a big fight coming up and everyone's giving me the thumbs-up and the 'you'll-rock-it' fist pump. I have unbelievable support."
The 28-year-old actress said the Oscar team was helping her and James find their funniest material, and the producers "are making it as easy as possible".
She added: "It's all been kind of wonderful and jovial...it turns out it takes a village to host the Oscars."
