Freeman full of praise for Reiner
Morgan Freeman has hailed director Rob Reiner as one of his "favourite people".
The Dark Knight star reunited with The Bucket List Director for new drama The Magic Of Belle Isle.
Morgan revealed at the film's LA premiere: "It was a lot of fun. Rob is one my favourite people, not just one of my favourite directors, my favourite people.
"He's a very caring warm individual... fun to be with... fun to work with."
The 75-year-old actor plays Monte, a famous writer, who has lost his inspiration and is battling alcoholism when he takes a cabin for the summer and befriends the young single mother and her kids who live next door.
Morgan said of Monte, who is inspired to change his life after meeting the family: "He feels sorry for himself. He's in a wheelchair, his sports life was cut short at a young age. Then the love of his life was taken away - he's p***ed, he really is!"
