Eisenberg's Luthor in Suicide Squad
Jesse Eisenberg may reprise his Lex Luthor role for Suicide Squad, according to reports.
The Social Network star, who will introduce his portrayal of Lex in Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, is said to be in talks to return for the film, reported Deadline.
Will Smith and Tom Hardy have also been in discussions to star in the DC Comics action film, along with The Wolf Of Wall Street's Margot Robbie.
Suicide Squad, the third instalment in Warner Bros' DC shared universe, follows a group of super-villains, who team up for a government mission.
Written by Justin Marks and directed by Fury's David Ayer, the film is scheduled for release in August 2016.
Jesse, who received an Oscar nomination for his portrayal of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in The Social Network, will next star in action-comedy American Ultra, along with Zack Snyder's Man Of Steel sequel.
He is also set to reprise his role as magician J Daniel Atlas in Now You See Me 2.
