Colin Farrell has revealed he doesn't like Miami Vice, the 2006 blockbuster which he stars in with Jamie Foxx.
The Irish actor admitted he has regrets over it, telling Total Film: "Miami Vice? I didn't like it so much - I thought it was style over substance and I accept a good bit of the responsibility.
"It was never going to be Lethal Weapon, but I think we missed an opportunity to have a friendship that also had some elements of fun," he added.
Colin - who next stars in Ondine and has a guest appearance in Crazy Heart alongside Oscar nominee Jeff Bridges - was also disappointed with Alexander, where he played the legendary Greek king opposite Angelina Jolie.
"It was a very big story and I know that Oliver [Stone, director] was very rushed to do a cut, but for me it just failed gloriously. It kept in step with the magnitude of Alexander's ambition and ego," he said.
For now, he has had enough of playing policemen and soldiers.
"I think I'm done playing cops - I've played a lot of cops and soldiers in my time," he said.
"I've held a lot of guns over the last 12 years and I don't even have a taste for them. I just want to mix it up."
:: Crazy Heart and Ondine will be released on March 5.
