Speaking at the Toronto International Film Festival, Patricia confessed: " It was a very, very, very tough part, but I would do it all over again .
"It ate my lunch so to speak. It kicked my (butt) and it demanded so much from me physically and emotionally every single day, that towards the end of the shoot I was basically carried to the shoot and carried home."
She added: " I had quite a few bumps and quite a few set backs. It was rigorous. W e were out in the elements, and the elements were not on our side. But they were on the side of the movie . And so we had these beautiful , beautiful stormy days that we were literally in the middle of a real storm."
Scott Speedma,n who plays the mysterious patient on the run from his would-be killer, said he enjoyed the isolation of the remote shoot.
He revealed; "Your're not in Los Angeles, you're not in Toronto, you're up in the middle of nowhere really and you're all together sequestered at this little hotel and it adds something to the movie for sure. I loved doing that."
