Bond 24 role for singer Rihanna?
Rihanna is rumoured to appear in the 24th James Bond film.
The Diamonds singer has been linked to the upcoming instalment, amidst reports that the film's producers has already approached her, according to the Daily Mirror.
"Rihanna is a big fan of the Bond films and has always loved the idea of appearing in one," a source said.
"She didn't even need to think about it, she knows she wants to do it. She's really excited," the insider added.
Filming on the new Bond film, codenamed Bond 24, is expected to start in coming months with director Sam Mendes.
Daniel Craig will reprise his role as 007, alongside Naomie Harris, Ralph Fiennes and Ben Whishaw in the movie, which will be released in November 2015.
Rihanna made her big-screen acting debut in Peter Berg's sci-fi action Battleship, and had a cameo as herself in post-apocalyptic comedy This Is The End alongside Michael Cera, James Franco and Seth Rogen.
The 26-year-old will next lend her voice to a character in DreamWorks animation Home, with Jim Parsons, Steve Martin and Jennifer Lopez.
