Bollywood heart-throb to film here
ONE of India's biggest actors is set to come to Ireland on a five-week shoot for his new action blockbuster, writes Laura Butler.
The €70m psychological thriller 'One Nenokkadine' has been described as the Indian version of Matt Damon's worldwide hit 'The Bourne Identity'.
It stars Mahesh Babu, a 37-year-old heartthrob and son of the silver-screen veteran, Krishna Ghattamaneni.
The cast and crew are due to touch down on Irish shores on June 13. Filming will mainly take place in Belfast but producers are eyeing Dublin locations too.
Chris Patterson and his production company Causeway Pictures will facilitate the 'One Nenokkadine' team and he told the Irish Independent that they could hire 100 extras during the month-long stint.
