Emily Blunt worked hard to make sure she didn't "run like an idiot" in The Adjustment Bureau.
The Gnomeo And Juliet actress stars as ballerina Elise in the sci-fi adventure with Matt Damon, which sees the couple sprinting around New York.
"I had this chicken-arm flapping about - thank God I caught that - and I have to wear the stupidest sandals, I can hardly keep up," she revealed to Empire.
"There have been a couple of close calls when I almost got dragged across Sixth Avenue."
She added: "Matt's given me good advice. Make sure you watch yourself on playback. You might run like an idiot and not know it."
Running wasn't the only thing Emily had to perfect for the role. She also had to undergo months of ballet training.
"I literally had never done it in my life. I had to do four months of boot camp, swept out of my comfort zone," she admitted.
