Drew Barrymore is set for two more stints in the director's chair.
Following her directorial debut with Whip It in 2009, the Golden Globe-winning actress is attached to produce and direct thriller Heist Society, said The Hollywood Reporter.
She will also supervise the script, based on Ally Carter's novel of the same name and to be adapted by Shauna Cross, who previously worked with Drew on Whip It.
Heist Society, a thriller for young adults, follows Katarina Bishop who comes from a family of cat burglars and master thieves. She tries to leave her life behind, but when her father becomes prime suspect in a missing art case, she has to track down the artwork and steal it back.
Drew, whose next big-screen outing is in romantic comedy Everybody Loves Whales with John Krasinski, is also due to direct How To Be Single.
The ensemble rom-com, which is based on the 2008 novel of the same name by Liz Tuccillo, charts the lives and relationships of a group of New Yorkers over a 10-year period..
