Anderson's new film remains secret
Wes Anderson has kicked off pre-production on his new film - but the project remains shrouded in mystery.
Production Weekly announced the news on its Twitter feed, saying: "Wes Anderson plans to shoot his next film in the spring of 2011."
The Playlist discovered that the Fantastic Mr Fox filmmaker wants to cast a boy and a girl - each twelve years old - for the lead roles.
Wes, who also directed The Darjeeling Limited and Rushmore, has already said that he has no plans to helm The Rosenthaler Suite, the film he is adapting from the French comedy My Best Friend.
"I don't have a plan to direct that. I wasn't hired on to direct it. I was just hired to write," he told Movieline.com.
