Scorpio has boundless excess energy so physical exercise is crucial to the Scorpion’s health. Sports that expend a lot of effort and have a high aggressive factor are ideal. Also any link with water based activities puts Scorpio right in their element. Scorpio should choose any exercise that stretches endurance and channels energy.

Scorpio rules the reproductive system so Scorpio must take care of sexual organs with regular checks. There is no cause for alarm. However, it is better to be safe than sorry. The Scorpion is prone to constipation but should be careful not to become obsessed with assimilation problems.

Scorpio can be prone to ill health when ‘blocked’ so it is important for Scorpio to clear emotional issues with plain talking. Psychological issues are part of Scorpio’s legacy. At times the Scorpion may be challenged by depression or obsessive problems. Exercise de-stresses the mind of course but psychotherapy or the occasional ‘heart-to-heart’ will knock most things on the head!
