Libra Health

Balance holds the key to optimum health for Libra. Librans have good energy but can be a bit frantic, if not manic at times. Exercise is an important ‘grounding’ experience and energy should be expended in a measured way. Gentle but determined long haul exercise that tests stamina and durability is ideal.

The planet Venus ensures the beauty and desirability of Libra. But Libra is inclined to put on weight if the sweet tooth is indulged. Balance and moderation in diet will ensure that alluring looks are maintained.

Libra rules the kidneys so it is important to boost hydration levels by drinking lots of water. Venus presides over the parathyroid gland which also indicates that bodily fluids must be balanced for optimum health. Headaches should be checked out if they are persistent.

Libra is inclined to have a slow metabolism. Aerobic exercise keeps everything ticking over but discipline is not usually a Libran strong point. Efforts will be visible and worthwhile so persist!
