EastEnders star Shaun Williamson, Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding and Made In Chelsea’s Sam Thompson are the first stars to step inside the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Williamson, who is best known for playing Barry Evans in the soap, entered the house first and was immediately given a secret mission to pretend to be incredibly nervous.

Harding followed next, telling host Emma Willis: “I am not as wild a child as people make me out to be,” but adding she was looking forward to people getting to know the real her.

Thompson walked into the house cheered on by his sister and Made In Chelsea co-star Louise, saying: “It will be like going back to boarding school.”

The stars will be competing for a £50,000 prize for the charity of their choice.
