The brilliant 'Garda Series' on YouTube have brought out the latest in their stand-alone sketches, this one detailing the 'Gardai' at Electric Picnic.

The sketch shows the two bored Gardaí assigned to confiscating "any paraphernalia they might have" from festival-goers attempt to entertain themselves while hanging around the perimeter of the festival grounds.

They then come across two young women attempting to sneak cans into the festival and things escalate, while one shouts "are you getting this? Put this on Facebook!"

The two Gardaí then change and head into the festival, with one saying "nice job there, confiscating these off the girls" to which the other turns to the camera and says "we didn't confiscate them... we bought them in the shop".

Finally, the two festival-goers get their revenge when they stumble across the tent and inside find two Garda uniforms.

"I'm going to meet Florence! Well Florence... can you step away from the vehicle?"

Garda Series is produced and published by Giddy Up Skits, who are the company behind the YouTube series 'DramaTown'. The Garda Series has almost 10,000 fans on Facebook.

The Garda Series consists of five full-length episodes and a number of stand-alone, supporting clips and you can follow them on YouTube here and on Facebook here.
