Crowds packed the streets in Killorglin as the annual Puck Fair festival drew to a close.

The legendary event finished with a bang last night following a fireworks display.

Thousands of people have descended on the Kerry town over the past three days to enjoy the popular, traditional festival.

People got out early yesterday in Killorglin for what is known as Scattering Day.

There was plenty on offer for families too, as dance workshops, a fun fair, food stalls, street markets and live music kept people entertained.

And there was also an opportunity to meet King Puck, the wild mountain goat that was crowned on Saturday night.
