The first acts have been announced for Electric Picnic, which returns from September 4th-6th.
Music to the ears of ravers and rockers alike, the first lineup for Ireland's biggest festival has been revealed.
The Stradbally festival will take place in early September, catering for a diverse range of tastes.
The first 36 acts include crowd pleasers Florence + The Machine, Underworld, Manic Street Preachers and Belle & Sebastian.
Florence + The Machine has enjoyed a stratospheric rise to fame since her first Irish gig in a small tent at Electric Picnic seven years ago.
For house and electro lovers, Hot Chip, Roisin Murphy and Jon Hopkins are among the acts that will keep revellers dancing all night.
Other acts revealed include Tame Impala, George Ezra, The War On Drugs, Future Islands, Jurassic 5, Chvrches, Ride, Battles , My Morning Jacket, Jessie Ware, Django Django, Low, Pond, Tourist, Metz, Girl Band, Kwabs, Låpsley , Alvvays, Marika Hackman, Jack Garratt, Wvyern Lingo – Circa Waves, Hinds, Shura, Ben Khan, Curtis Harding, Aquilo and Little May.
More acts will be released in the coming months.
