The line-up for Electric Picnic has finally been revealed.
Those making the annual pilgrimage to Stradbally are in for a diverse line-up with The xx, A Tribe Called Quest, Duran Duran, Pete Tong and Chaka Khan all set to play.
Other acts include Father John Misty, Interpol, Run the Jewels, London Grammar, Rag 'n' Bone Man, Michael Kiwanuka, The Divine Comedy, Annie Mac, The Pretenders, Young Fathers, Madness and more.
Tickets to the event sold out before any acts had been announced.
The final batch of tickets were released to the general public at 9am today.
By 9.05am all Sunday day tickets had sold out and by 11am all tickets to the 55,000-capacity event had sold out.
In its 13-year history Electric Picnic has never sold out ahead of the line-up release and so far in advance of the festival weekend.
Touts have cashed in on the demand for tickets by selling them on secondary ticketing site Seatwave, a Ticketmaster-owned company.
Weekend camping tickets which had originally been priced between €160 and €200 are now appearing on Seatwave for as much as €600.
Stage times have yet to be announced but the festival takes place between September 1 and 4, 2017.

Last November, bored and feeling miserable about the declining temperatures, a friend suggested taking a break to a music festival in France. While we wouldn’t be escaping the winter weather, the idea of a buzzing music festival in a different country seemed very appealing. I thought of it as the final hurrah of 2016. A Christmas pre-game.
