Other Voices have announced their first wave of acts for this year's Electric Picnic festival.

Dingle comes to Stradbally as hit music show, Other Voices, announce an exciting line-up of homegrown and international talent to perform at their intimate woodland venue.

The RTE show has been broadcasting music from St James' Church in Dingle for the past 15 years and since 2014, they've been visiting Electric Picnic for a spectacle that showcases an eclectic range of musical treats.

The stage is tucked away in a magical part of the forest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the main stage.

One of the first acts announced to perform in the spirited venue is Saint Sister. Fresh from a European tour with Lisa Hanngian, the duo will bring their 'atmos-folk' sound to the Other Voices stage.

They'll be joined by Choice Prize Song of the Year nominee, Soule, with her bass-heavy, electro-pop sounds, as well as Odetta Hartman who'll "carry cowboy soul into an era where country can clash with computers and bluegrass isn't afraid of bass."

Flamenco and Iberian inspired guitars and a voice to soothe hungover heads will be provided by Londoner Charlie Cunningham, before Dublin-based hip-hop artist Jarafis takes to the stage.

Irish 'art-soul' singer Loah will perform music from her debut EP, This Heart, and Dubliner Katie Laffan will take to the Other Voices stage for the first time.

First wave of acts:

Saint Sinster

Odetta Harman

Charlie Cunningham

Katie Laffan

More acts are set to be announced over the summer.
