Live from The Killers gig in Phoenix Park
Another day of glorious sunshine sees thousands of revellers descend on Dublin's Phoenix Park for The Killers headline gig.
With the atmosphere more festival than concert, the grass is strewn with sunbathing fans eating, drinking and being merry. A wide demographic, the vibe is relaxed and calm but still happy.
Stellar supporting sets from Haim and Two Door Cinema Club warm up the crowd, but the big excitement is reserved for hip hop artist Frank Ocean and the main act themselves, Brandon Flowers and his band all the way from Utah.
Well organised with few queues and no visible trouble, the gig is running smoothly thanks to MCD, who learned hard lessons from last year's Phoenix Park gigs.
