Groove Festival launches Thrive wellness event with Roz Purcell, Derval O'Rourke and more

Groove Festival will feature a new health, fitness and wellness quarter this year offering festival goers the chance to relax and re-energise over the two day event next month.

Thrive boasts a packed schedule of dance classes, pilates, yoga, and talks from Andrea Hayes, Chris Flack, Emma Buckley and Roz Purcell.

There will also be healthy cooking demonstrations from the on-stage kitchen, panel discussions, wellness workshops, and Q&A sessions with the experts, as well as a wellness marketplace with brands and practitioners.

Groove features music from Primal Scream, UB40, Chasing Abbey, Jerry Fish, Hothouse FLowers, Cry Before Dawn, Ailbhe Reddy, Kormac LIve and many more.

There will also be a Family Zone hosting activities including zorbing, climbing walls, stand up paddle boarding ahd obstacle courses as well as the Silly Billy stage, face painting and arts and crafts.  Kids 12 and under go free when booked before August 1.

Groove takes place at Kilruddery House & Gardens in Bray Co Wicklow on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 August.  Thrive will run from 11am to 7pm both days.

Day tickets to Groove are just €59.50 plus booking fee, weekend tickets are €99.50 plus booking fee.  For more info check out Facebook
