Glastonbury 2017 line-up revealed: Katy Perry leads a host of female talent
The acts joining Radiohead, Foo Fighters and Ed Sheeran at Glastonbury have been announced.
Katy Perry, The National, The xx, Biffy Clyro are among the music acts heading to the Somerset festival this year.
While many festivals across Europe have been criticised for being male-dominant, Glastonbury is leading the way in celebrating female talent.
New Zealand powerhouse Lorde is heading to Worthy Farm this year, alongside Solange, Laura Marling, Lisa Hannigan, Kate Tempest, Warpaint, Angel Olsen, Nadia Rose, Martha Wainwright, Tove Lo, Halsey, Emeli Sande and Haim.
Grime also features prominently with Stormzy, Kano, Boy Better Know, Dizzee Rascal and Wiley all set to play.
The Sunday 'Legend' slot will be filled by Bee Gees star Barry Gibb, who played last year with headliners Coldplay.
The 'Legend' slot drew massive crowds in 2014 with Dolly Parton and in 2015 with Lionel Richie.
Sleaford Mods, Ride, Mark Lanegan, Royal Blood and Alt-J will lead the indie party.
The Jacksons and country music star Kris Kristofferson are also playing.
The festival takes place in Worthy Farm between June 21 and 25.
