Body & Soul add more acts to its festival line-up

Body and Soul have announced more diverse acts to its already eclectic lineup.

Australian dance outfit RÜFÜS - fresh from stops at Coachella and Lollapalooze - are set to take on the Midnight Circus.

Experimental cellist Kelsey Lu, who's collaborated with everyone from Solange to Dev Hynes and Florence and the Machine, will bring her spellbinding set to this year's festival.

Also added to the bill is singer-songwriter Brooke Bentham, who's creating an online buzz at the moment with comparisons to Angel Olsen and Sharon Van Etten.

Corkonian Lyra will bring her melodic and ethereal take on pop to Ballinlough. Dublin synth-pop duo Ships and Patrick O'Laoghaire’s I Have a Tribe will head the latest batch of homegrown talent to present their sounds at the festival.

Belfast’s Ryan Vail, Dublin producer and vocalist Wastefellow, jazz and hip hop fusion group Auxiliary Phoenix Trio, Dublin based two-piece Dowth and PrYmary Colours will grace The Pagoda Stage this year.

The Reckless in Love party area will feature sets from Alice, Byron Yeates , Automatic Tasty, Breen, Cáit and Eoin Ryan on Friday.

Saturday sees festival favourites Homebeat curate a night of choice selectors and sets from Lumo, DIP DJs, Major Problems DJs, Neil Flynn (Lossless), Bantum, ELLL and John Daly.

To round things off on Sunday, Berlin-based label maeve will unleash a surprise line-up that is primed to bring the festival to a spectacular close.

The Art trail will see prjects from Dublin art collective Algorithim, Rae Moore, Felix Power, Jane Groves, Jason Kearney and Christy Collard.
